Introduction

Welcome to the Colin Nannery Football (“Club”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including training programs, matches, events, and all other related activities offered by the Club. By registering for any of our programs or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Membership and Registration

1. Eligibility: Membership and participation in Club activities are open to individuals of all ages, subject to specific program requirements. Minors must have consent from a parent or guardian.

2. Registration: To participate in any of the Club’s programs, individuals must complete the registration process, provide accurate information, and agree to these Terms.

3. Membership Fees: Membership fees are required for participation in Club programs. Fees must be paid in full before the commencement of any program. The Club reserves the right to change membership fees with appropriate notice.

4. Code of Conduct: All members are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that promotes respect, sportsmanship, and teamwork. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or unsportsmanlike behavior will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action, including termination of membership.

Training Programs

1. Program Availability: The Club offers various training programs designed to cater to different age groups and skill levels. Program availability may vary based on enrollment and other factors.

2. Participation Requirements: Participants must meet the specific requirements of each program, including age, skill level, and health and fitness standards. It is the responsibility of the participant or their guardian to ensure they meet these requirements.

3. Attendance and Punctuality: Regular attendance and punctuality are essential for the progress and development of participants. The Club reserves the right to take appropriate action in case of repeated absences or tardiness.

4. Health and Safety: Participants must adhere to all health and safety guidelines provided by the Club. Any injuries or medical conditions must be reported immediately to the coaching staff. The Club is not responsible for any injuries sustained during training or matches.

Competitive Matches and Events

1. Selection for Matches: Selection for competitive matches and events is at the discretion of the coaching staff based on performance, attitude, and attendance.

2. Conduct During Matches: Participants must adhere to the rules and regulations of the governing bodies of soccer during matches. Any form of misconduct may result in disciplinary action.

3. Travel and Accommodation: For away matches and events, the Club may arrange travel and accommodation. Participants are expected to comply with the arrangements and conduct themselves responsibly.

Parental/Guardian Involvement

1. Support and Encouragement: Parents and guardians are encouraged to support and motivate their children. However, they must refrain from coaching or interfering with the training sessions and matches.

2. Communication: Parents and guardians should communicate with the coaching staff regarding any concerns or issues. Constructive feedback is always welcome.

3. Responsibility for Minors: Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring their children are picked up on time after training sessions and matches.

Privacy and Data Protection

1. Personal Information: The Club collects and processes personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Personal information provided during registration will be used solely for the purpose of managing the Club’s activities and communication.

2. Media and Photography: The Club may take photographs and videos during training sessions, matches, and events for promotional purposes. Participants or their guardians who do not wish to be photographed or recorded must inform the Club in writing.

Liability and Disclaimer

1. Assumption of Risk: Participation in soccer training and matches involves inherent risks. By participating, members and their guardians assume all risks associated with the activities.

2. Limitation of Liability: The Club, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during participation in Club activities, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

3. Insurance: Participants are encouraged to have appropriate health and accident insurance. The Club’s insurance coverage may not extend to all types of injuries or incidents.

Termination and Cancellation

1. Termination by the Club: The Club reserves the right to terminate membership or participation in programs for breach of these Terms, misconduct, or any actions that negatively impact the Club’s reputation or operations.

2. Cancellation by Participant: Participants may cancel their membership or withdraw from programs by providing written notice to the Club. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the Club’s refund policy.

Amendments

The Club reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in Club activities constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Texas.
